"Don't go through life, grow through life." - Eric Butterworth
Sometimes we often focus on all the things that's going wrong instead of focusing on all the things that are going right. Im in reflection mode. Im just sitting here reflecting on all my accomplishments this year. I broke generational curses. I got my credit score up, I purchased my very first home, I received my Bachelor's in Psychology as a therapist. I got accepted into the Masters program to become a Mental health counselor. I even started my very own cosmetic line. Ima a whole eunpreneur out here. I've learned healthy ways to cope with life issues, to forgive those who wronged me and also forgive myself. I've learned to find happiness within instead of in others. I've learned that my journey is my journey and not anyone's else. Most are not meant to experience and be apart of my journey and I'm okay with that. I've gained deeper understanding of my friendships and to let people be who they are. We are made to be different and not like no other. Im blessed to be able to watch my boys grow into the amazing young men that they are. They are all uniquely different but they all have parts of me. I m blessed to have family full of wisdom. The conversations between my grandmother, my mama and brother's are everything to me. It's something how we think because someone is not living the life that we pusume is not up to part, that they don't have a message for us or just words of wisdom. A message could come from anyone. Just because that person is not living right, don't overlook them, they may have a message for you. I received my best advice from someone as such. Sit down and talk with people, you'd be surprise. Be good to yourself, keep living, loving and learning.❤💋
